What is your return policy?
We aim to infuse well-being in all that we do and for each Capital Teas customer to have a positive experience. We will accept a return or exchange of unused, saleable merchandise in original condition and packaging, within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by your original receipt. All such returns will be for store credit, exchange, or refund solely to your original form of payment. If your refund request exceeds $75 and your original form of payment was cash, a company-issued check will be mailed to you within 30 days of your return.
Tea, honey, sugar, spices, chocolate, and other food items are not returnable after they leave our store, as they are not saleable to others; the same non-return policy applies to sale merchandise, which is considered final. However, if you change your mind before you leave our store with one of these food or sale items, let us know and we'll return, exchange, or refund your item(s).
For online orders, merchandise returns may be sent back to us via U.S. mail or returned to any Capital Teas store along with your order confirmation email and the packing slip containing your order number, name and address, and listing the item(s) being returned. You will also be asked to present a valid form of ID.
