To truly enjoy this tea, it is recommended that you re-steep the leaves up to 5 times in one day with each re-steeping taking the tea closer to the height of flavor.

Brewing Instructions:

Hot Tea: use 1.5 tsp. of tea per 6 ounces of water. Heat water to 195 °F and steep for 3-5 minutes. If bolder flavor is desired, increase the amount of tea used.
