This Southern Fujian Oolong has a toasty and nutty flavor with a light, fruity, and sweet aroma. Considered a Se Zhong oolong or blend from various types of local tea bushes, Hairy Crab Oolong combines the best of teas from the region. The somewhat unusual name came from its claw shape nuggets and proximity to the sea. Notes of Jasmine and peach combine for wonderful multiple steepings.

Brewing Instructions:

Hot Tea: use 1 tsp. of tea per 6 ounces of water. Heat water to 195 °F and steep for 3-5 minutes. If bolder flavor is desired, increase the amount of tea used.
